DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for department managers.
Collaborate with assigned organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial consolidation and reporting.
Analyze financial data, including trends, variances, and cost analysis, to provide insight into the organization’s financial performance.
Execute special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as assigned by leadership.
Load actual and forecast data into the financial system.
Prepare and explain expense variances, heightening spending awareness within the organization.
Provide guidance to business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree in finance.

Experience:
