DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst , you will be responsible for preparing advanced and interpretive business analyses and reports, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate across functions to develop models, dashboards, and forecasts, empowering the organization with clear, actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights through recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
Apply advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning to uncover trends, validate hypotheses, and drive data-backed decisions.
Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using globally standardized and/or custom dashboards and reporting formats.
Perform quality assurance checks and test conclusions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Interpret analytical results, providing insights and recommendations for operational improvement.
Plan and manage the full lifecycle of assigned BI projects including design, budget, stakeholder communication, and integration.
Guide and mentor analysts on best practices in BI tools, data visualization, and storytelling.
Continually enhance the usability and accessibility of reports to support efficient decision-making.
Develop roadmaps for the adoption and maintenance of new business intelligence tools and methodologies.
Champion the Cummins leadership culture by demonstrating leadership behaviors and fostering collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is required.
Equivalent experience and demonstrated competence in business intelligence roles will also be considered.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
