DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Supervise the daily activities of a production unit or team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
Oversee daily activities of the production team, including managing team members, maintaining housekeeping standards, and meeting production targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Lead projects and work assignments, providing guidance and feedback to team members to achieve tasks and goals.
Set clear expectations and responsibilities, coaching and mentoring team members to foster their development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
A college, university, or equivalent degree is required, or equivalent experience.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
