QUALIFICATIONS
Supporting the operational activities of the Facility Manager, coordinating orders for services and materials related to the company's infrastructure.
Participating in inspections related to infrastructure and workplace safety.
Analyzing utility consumption and collaborating on the optimization of operational costs.
Proposing and implementing new solutions to improve the functioning of company facilities.
Providing administrative assistance.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Some prior experience in administrative tasks or project coordination (e.g., through internships or volunteer work).
