We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our Master Rebuild Centre in Modlniczka, Poland .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Document Coordination: Gather, input, and manage data for administrative support tasks with minimal supervision.
Administrative Support: Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests.
Information Management: Accurately compile and enter information into reports, presentations, databases, and spreadsheets.
Data Handling: Collect, enter, and generate reports on departmental activities.
Office Functions: Prepare correspondence, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings.
Inquiry Response: Address or redirect inquiries about the organization/department promptly and accurately.
Payment Processing: Prepare and submit documentation for vendor payments and respond to related inquiries.
Policy Documentation: Maintain and document departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Fluent in Polish Language.
