DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Production Efficiency : By coordinating activities and monitoring team performance, you'll help meet production specifications, schedules, and targets for volume, cost, and quality.

  • Promote Safety : You'll actively stop work and report major injury hazards, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and promoting a culture of safety.

  • Enhance Quality Control : Through quality inspections and identifying non-conforming materials, you'll raise concerns to minimize costs and exposures.

  • Facilitate Effective Delivery : By assigning tasks and responding to equipment faults and quality issues, you'll ensure that production and delivery schedules are met.

  • Support Continuous Improvement : Assisting management in organizing headcount and overtime needs, you'll help create a team focused on continuous improvement.

  • Mentor Team Members : Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members will foster their development and enhance overall team performance.

  • Foster Team Communication : Effective communication with your team and support teams will ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.

  • Engage in Training : Participating in HSE training and personal development will prepare you for upcoming changes and improve your ability to promote safety and quality.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
